"Return was okay, just kinda slow"
I ordered from niwaki.com and had to send one item back. The return did go through, but it felt a bit slower than I expected and I ended up having to chase it up. Got my refund in the end, so it wasn’t terrible or anything, just feels like the whole thing could be a little easier tbh.

Overall, the quality feels really solid and I’m happy with that part. The only thing is the handles could be a bit smoother. It’s not a huge issue, but for something you’re using by hand, it seems fair to expect it to feel comfortable.

"Seems legit so far"
I just got this recently, and it seems authentic based on what I can tell. The item itself looks good and feels right, but the packaging threw me off a little because it was kind of odd. Since I’ve only had it for a short time, my impression is mostly based on the unboxing, but so far I’m satisfied.

I had a good experience using niwaki. The menus were actually clear, which is more than I can say for a lot of sites, and I found the tools I needed without much digging. The product pages loaded fine, and the photos were genuinely helpful. Checkout was simple too, with no random confusing steps thrown in. Overall, it’s a clean, straightforward site, not flashy, but it does the job well, and I’d use it again

I was just grabbing a couple things and wasn’t paying super close attention until I got to the checkout page. The site was straightforward, everything looked normal, and I was kind of expecting the total to jump like it usually does. But it didn’t, which was a nice surprise. Shipping ended up being cheaper than I thought, and there weren’t any random extra fees tacked on at the end.

"Sharp and easy to use"
These blades showed up really sharp and cut clean without much effort at all. I used them for a few garden jobs and they felt smooth the whole time. it was just nice to not be fighting with dull tools for once... makes the work feel way less annoying

I was feeling a little frustrated because I couldn’t get an update on my order, so I ended up emailing customer service. They did reply eventually, but it took longer than I’d hoped and I had to follow up once. Once they got back to me, they were polite and got everything sorted, which I appreciated. Not a terrible experience by any means, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

and I have to say, I was really impressed with my order from niwaki.com. The packaging was spot on, everything was wrapped properly, nothing was rattling around, and the box turned up in perfect condition. It felt like someone had actually taken the time to pack it properly rather than just throwing it all in. Simple, but done really well. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a few tools from niwaki and, using my usual quick test of “does it feel sturdy straight away?”, they came across better than I expected for the price. They’re not the cheapest option online, but I tend to assume good weight and finish means I won’t be replacing them anytime soon, so it felt worth it. Delivery was straightforward too. Overall, I’m happy with what I bought and I’d definitely order from them again.

I’ve ordered from Niwaki a few times now, and most of the time they’ve had exactly what I needed in stock. There was one item I wanted that was sold out for a while, but it did come back eventually. Overall, I’ve had a good experience — I just wish the restocks were a bit quicker 😅
